Exactly what we expected and wanted for the short stay on our way to the Everglades. Clean rooms, big enough. Very fast and easy check-in. Breakfast with very good coffee. Rest usual motel breakfast, okay!
What a nice place to stay! We arrived on Thursday, July 3, and checked out on Saturday, July 5th. EVERY EMPLOYEE that we came into contact with was friendly and professional. The breakfast was a perfect selection, the scrambled eggs were cooked PERFECT by Reginald, he provided breakfast both days we were there and he was excellent, he deserves a raise in my opinion. The hotel was clean, and the location was perfect for our destinations. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was refreshing, at a great temperature, and it was clean. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the keys! Nice fitness center too.

We had a great stay. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Allowed us to stay an extra hour as we checked in quite late the previous day. Clean bathroom and room. Amazing breakfast. Special mention - Reginald Henry- staff present at the breakfast area. Very kind and thoughtful.
This hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to both Key Largo and Key West. I stayed for one night in a king-size room, which was clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the room met my expectations. During my stay, the environment was quiet, and I felt safe throughout. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Comfy bed. Clean room. Hot fresh tasty breakfast, but get there early it fills up fast for seating. Nice pool. Both the ladies at reception were delightful.
For a spot right outside the keys it is great. Easy to get on US 1 to head to keys. Easy to get to the Everglades park. Easy to get back to town for restaurants etc The beds are comfortable... I don't like hotel pillow but if you use both they are ok. The breakfast is good.
This hotel deserves a much higher rating than the current rating when we stayed (3.7). From the time we checked-in with Jenny, we were treated respectfully and informed of the basics for our stay. We encountered Marco at the elevator who once again offered his assistance with a smile. However, the star was Reginald whose customer service at breakfast was superior. We found the food stocked, tables clean and Reginald even took our trash from the table immediately after we finished eating. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet with a parking lot lit up like a stadium playing field. Fuel and restaurants are all available in the area and as you probably already read, it’s a quick exit to head out to The Keys.
